This Privacy Policy explains how KoersTalent collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website, submit inquiries, or upload a CV. We process data in accordance with the GDPR and Dutch privacy law (AVG).
Who we are
KoersTalent is an international recruitment brand connecting skilled talent with Dutch employers. For privacy questions, contact us at admin@koerstalent.nl.
Data we collect
When you submit a form on our website, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, company name, message content, job or industry details, nationality or trade (where provided), and CV files (PDF or Word, up to 5MB).
We also store strictly necessary technical data such as your cookie consent preference and language selection.
How we use your data
We use form submissions to respond to employer inquiries, process job applications and candidate registrations, and provide recruitment services you request.
CVs and contact details are used solely for recruitment and related communication. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Legal basis
We process your data based on: (a) steps taken at your request before entering a contract (e.g. applying for a role or requesting recruitment support), and (b) our legitimate interest in operating a secure recruitment website and preventing spam, where applicable.
Storage and retention
Form submissions are delivered to KoersTalent by email and CV files are stored on our secure server infrastructure. CVs and application data are retained for up to 12 months after receipt unless a longer period is required for an active recruitment process or legal obligation.
After the retention period, data is securely deleted.
Processors and security
We use our own website hosting and email infrastructure on cPanel to deliver form submissions. Spam protection runs on our server without third-party captcha services.
Access to stored CVs is restricted to authorised KoersTalent staff.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
